º El artículo 4º del Decreto 2396 de 1954, quedará así: "Artículo 4º La convocatoria para cualquier reunión del Consejo se hará por conducto del Canciller de la Orden. Excepcionalmente, en caso de no ser posible la reunión del Consejo, el Gran Maestre podrá tomar las determinaciones que considere necesarias, las cuales deberán ser comunicadas al Consejo".
