Además, habrá un Batallón de Infantería Guardia de Honor , que constará de una Plana Mayor, tres Compañías de Fusileros y un Pelotón de Caballería, que dependerá para su empleo, del Presidente de la República, y para asuntos de organización, instrucción y administración, del Ministro de Guerra. Artículo 3° La numeración y distribución de las Divisiones en el país corresponderá con la actual División Territorial Militar en Zonas.
