Retiro en estado de embarazo. Las Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional que sean retiradas del servicio activo, durante el embarazo o durante los tres (3) meses siguientes al parto o al aborto, tendrán derecho a que se les pague una indemnización equivalente a sus haberes en sesenta (60) días, fuera de las demás prestaciones a que hubiere lugar de conformidad con este estatuto y, además, al pago de la licencia remunerada, si el retiro impide el goce de dicha licencia.
