Los empleados investidos de jurisdicción coactiva decretarán, sin necesidad de demanda, y adelantarán por sí las ejecuciones, sirviéndoles de Secretario un subalterno de la Oficina, y si no lo hay, un Secretario ad hoc, que jurará desempeñar bien sus funciones, y será obligado a aceptar, salvo que se excuse legalmente según las reglas de los cargos onerosos.
