Los contratos que celebre el Instituto de Estudios del Ministerio Público se regirán por las normas sobre ciencia y tecnología y por las disposiciones generales de la ley de contratación estatal. Las donaciones que reciba esta Unidad Administrativa Especial no requieren de insinuación judicial y se podrán aceptar sin procedimiento especial, previo concepto favorable del Procurador General de la Nación.
