º Para los efectos del artículo 14 numeral 1º literal i), de la Ley 2 º de 1976, las sociedades anónimas o asimiladas, deberán remitir a la Superintendencia de Sociedades, dentro de los dos primeros meses de cada año, un balance certificado correspondiente al corte de cuentas del año calendario inmediatamente anterior.
