Vigencia y derogatoria. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, deroga los decretos 965 y 964 de 2021 en especial los numerales 1, 2, 3 y 4 del artículo 2 y surte efectos fiscales a partir del 1 de enero de 2022.
