Artículo décimosegundo . El Consejo a que se refiere el artículo anterior se integrará por el Ministro de Agricultura o su delegado, quien lo presidirá; por dos miembros designados por el Ministerio de Agricultura en representación del Instituto Nacional de Abastecimientos, INA, y del Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario, ICA; por el Gerente de la Federación Nacional de Cultivadores de Cereales y por un miembro designado por la Junta Directiva de la misma.
