Artículo único. Prorógase hasta el dia 30 de abril del presente año la vijencia del Presupuesto de gastos de 1876 a 1877, para el efecto de que se reconozcan, liquiden, manden pagar i se legalicen los créditos contra el Tesoro nacional correspondiente a la espresada vijencia.
