º . Aclárase el artículo 8º del Decreto 270 de 2000 en el sentido de expresar que el artículo 2º del Decreto 65 de 1999 se encuentra vigente y no quedó derogado por dicha disposición. En consecuencia el artículo 8º del Decreto 270 de 2000 quedará así: " Artículo 8º . Vigencia. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial , y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias en especial el numeral 6, del artículo 113, de la Ley 106 de 1993, los artículos 1º, 3º y 4º del Decreto 065 de 1999, el Decreto 44 de 1995."
