° . Cada Circuito de Hacienda estará constituido por los Municipios que forman los Departamentos respectivos, salvo lo dispuesto en el

Parágrafo

El Circuito de Facatativá se compondrá de los Municipios que forman las provincias que constituyen este Departamento y los de las Provincias de La Mesa y Girardot. El Circuito de Honda se compondrá de los Municipios que forman las actuales Provincias de Ambalema, Líbano y Honda. El de Chiquinquirá de compondrá de los Municipios que constituyen las actuales Provincias de Chiquinquirá y Moniquirá. El de Pamplona, de los Municipios que componen actualmente la Provincia del mismo nombre. El de Villavicencio comprenderá las poblaciones que forman la Jefatura Civil y Militar del Meta.
