° Los Consejos Intendenciales estarán integrados por ocho (8) miembros principales con sus respectivos suplentes, elegidos en la forma y tiempo indicados en el artículo 5.°. de la Ley 105 de 1960, para un periodo igual al de la Asambleas Departamentales. Además, políticamente, su composición será paritaria.
