Novación. Los concesionarios de actividades y servicios básicos de telecomunicaciones que utilicen en sus redes sistemas de buscapersonas o beepers, mediante concesión otorgada por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones anterior a la expedición del presente decreto, podrán acogerse en su totalidad a las presentes disposiciones mediante la novación de sus contratos, para lo cual deberán estar a paz y salvo por todo concepto.
