Funciones del Secretario General. El Secretario General del Fondo de Comunicaciones cumplirá las siguientes funciones

1.

Ordenar el gasto, en las cuantías que le delegue el Ministro, como Representante Legal del Fondo.

2.

Coordinar bajo la Dirección del Ministro, la actividad administrativa, presupuestal, financiera y jurídica del Fondo de Comunicaciones.
