Art. 22. Los Capitanes de los vapores, cuando hayan de llegar a un puerto en que estuvieron ancladas otras embarcaciones, lo anunciará por medio del pito del vapor, a fin de que las embarcaciones del puerto se prevengan contra cualquier peligro.
