Abrense al Presupuesto nacional de Gastos del bienio de 1903 y 1904, dos créditos suplementales, el uno por veinte pesos ($ 20) y el otro por ciento cincuenta pesos ($ 150) en moneda legal de oro, para atender con ellos á los gastos de escritorio y alumbrado que respectivamente hayan de hacerse en él Consejo de Estado y en la Corte Suprema de Justicia, en lo que resta de la actual vigencia económica, con las imputaciones siguientes:
