º. Las operaciones de crédito público interno sin garantía de la Nación que proyecten celebrar las entidades descentralizadas del Distrito Especial de Bogotá, se sujetarán a los requisitos previstos por la Ley 7º. de 1981, para las entidades descentralizadas de los departamentos. En consecuencia, corresponde al Alcalde Mayor del Distrito Especial de Bogotá aprobar o improbar mediante resolución tales operaciones de crédito.
