El pasaporte contendrá lo siguiente: fotografía, firma, impresión del índice derecho, e información sobre estatura, ojos, nariz, señales particulares, lugar de nacimiento, número y lugar de expedición de la cédula de ciudadanía o tarjeta de identidad, estado civil, número y fecha de la carta de naturaleza o de la Resolución que autorizó la inscripción, en el caso de colombianos por adopción y constancia del pasaporte anterior.
