Art. 195. El verdadero poseedor de los bienes embargados y depositados a quien no se hubiere citado por ignorarse su existencia, también puede presentarse en cualquier estado del juicio ejecutivo, antes del remate, a fin de hacer efectivo los derechos de que hablan los artículos anteriores; pero debe presentar para ser oído, una prueba sumaria y suficiente que acredite que el poseedor regular de tales bienes el día que se decretó el embargo de ellos.
