Art. 22. Ordenados que sean el embargo ó el secuestro, se pondrán, uno a otro, antes de llevarse a efecto, en conocimiento de la parte contra quien se pidieron, si pudiere ser hallada ó si estuviere presente en el acto de la diligencia.
