A los pagadores y a los empleados que cumplan las funciones de Secretaría de los establecimientos que además de educación básica secundaria completa tengan media vocacional completa, si atienden 3 jornadas, se les reconocerá adicionalmente el valor de diez (10) horas-cátedra semanales y máximo cuarenta (40) horas mensuales Para este efecto, el valor de la hora-cátedra será de doscientos pesos ($ 200).
