Articulo 18 . Cuando una empresa de vigilancia privada se disuelva o se le cancele la licencia de funcionamiento, las armas cuya venta haya sido autorizada por la Jefatura de Control de Comercio de Armas, Municiones y Explosivos deberán ser devueltas a dicha jefatura, la cual las venderá siguiendo las normas que para tal efecto establece la Contraloría General de la Republica y el producto de la venta se entregara a quien represente los intereses de la sociedad.
