El pago de los diez y seis mil seiscientos cuarenta pesos ($ 16,640) de que trata el artículo anterior se hará directamente a los acreedores en vista de los respectivos documentos de cobro, y según la relación que al Gobernador del Departamento remitirá el Tesorero General del Santander.
