° Las disposiciones del Código de comercio i de las leyes adicionales i reformatorias que se han citado, deben observarse en los rios i para el comercio fluvial, no solo en cuanto espresa i especialmente se refieran a éstos, sino tambien en lo que dice relacion al mar i al comercio marítimo i que pueda ser aplicable a dichos rios i al comercio que por ellos se hace.
