Las notificaciones que según la ley deban hacerse personalmente, se harán á los leprosos en la persona de alguno de los Personeros del respectivo lazareto ó colonia.

Este empleado llevará un libro en el cual deje constancia de que ha puesto dicha notificación en conocimiento de su representado, y ambos suscribirán esta diligencia.
