Desde la sanción de la presente Ley las viudas de los Generales signatarios del Tratado de paz de Wisconsin, con el cual se puso término a las guerras civiles en Colombia, gozaran de una pensión vitalicia de doscientos pesos ($ 200) mensuales cada una.
