Pago de gastos de inhumación a familiares. Cuando por exigencia de los familiares del fallecido, los servicios funerarios y la inhumación no hubieren sido atendidos directamente por la Policía Nacional, ésta cancelará a la persona o personas que comprueben haber hecho los gastos, el valor de éstos, hasta en la cuantía determinada en el artículo 61 de este Decreto.
