supplements ley 1955/19

Adiciónese el parágrafo número 6 al artículo 268 de la Ley 1955 de 2019 , el cual quedará así:

Parágrafo 6

Exceptúese a las sociedades comerciales que durante el año 2020 se acogieron en el régimen especial en materia tributaria ZESE, de cumplir el requisito de generación empleo durante dicha vigencia. Este requisito, deberá tener cumplimiento a partir del año 2021.
