El culpado de varias contravenciones que tengan señaladas penas de arresto, sufrirá la pena más grave entre las señaladas a los hechos punibles, aumentada en un tiempo igual a la mitad de la suma de las penas aplicables a los demás, siempre que no exceda de tres años.
