Documentos de Propiedad de Naves Mayores. Cuando el título de propiedad de una nave mayor no constare en escritura pública otorgada en Colombia, el documento respectivo deberá ser protocolizado en una Notaría cualquiera del país antes de ser registrado en la respectiva Capitanía de Puerto.
