Autorizase al señor Administrador del Ferrocarril del pacifico para que, en nombre y representación de la Nación, entregue el lote a que se refiere el artículo anterior al Municipio de Buenaventura, y firme la correspondiente escritura de cesión a favor del expresado Municipio. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
