Artículo octavo. Las infracciones al presente Decreto y a sus disposiciones reglamentarias, serán sancionadas con multa sucesivas de diez pesos ($ 10) a quinientos pesos ($ 500), que serán impuestas a los particulares por los Alcaldes o Inspectores de Policía ante el informe de los veterinarios oficiales, y a los funcionarios públicos, por el Ministerio de la Economía Nacional.
