° Información a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud. Cuando las loterías que exploten en forma asociada sus derechos, celebren contratos de publicidad, mercadeo, administración, comercialización, distribución o aquellos propios para su gestión, deberán remitir a la Superintendencia, para lo de su competencia, copia de los mismos dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a su celebración.
