° Deberá ajustarse el valor de la amortización anual y de las respectivas cuotas y los excedentes pagarse o abonarse según el caso en la cuota siguiente a la modificación, cuando la liquidación privada sea modificada de acuerdo con lo establecido por el artículo 52 del Decreto 1366 de 1967.
