Artículo primero. El Instituto Nacional Antiaftoso, creado por el Decreto-ley número 2649 de 1954, se denominara en adelante "Instituto Zooprofiláctico Colombiano", y extenderá sus actividades a la investigación y diagnostico de las epizootias y a la preparación de los productos veterinarios para combatirlas.
