ARTICULO 1° Abrese a la Ley de Apropiaciones de la vigencia en curso el siguiente crédito adicional:

Artículo. Para pagar al señor Joaquín Lopera Barrio por la preparación, dirección, anotación y corrección de la Historia de las Leyes , en varios tomos, previo el visto bueno de la Secretaria de la honorable Cámara, $ 4.000.
