º. Reconocimiento del derecho. El jefe del organismo o entidad que tiene a su cargo el reconocimiento económico o en quien este delegue en los términos de la ley, hará el reconocimiento del derecho de que trata el artículo 8º de la Ley 790 de 2002, mediante acto administrativo motivado conforme se señala en el artículo siguiente.
