Cuando por no haber existido perjuicio avaluable en dinero, la sentencia condenare al responsable a pagar la multa de que trata el artículo 94 del Código Penal, el juez enviará copia de la sentencia y de las diligencias sobre embargo y secuestro preventivos al Juzgado de Ejecuciones Fiscales.
