Las canalizaciones eléctricas defectuosas que produzcan ruidos parásitos deberán ser debidamente revisadas y acondicionadas quedando obligadas las compañías de energía eléctrica a constatar su perfecto funcionamiento antes de verificar la conexión. Es obligatorio, asimismo, para las compañías de energía eléctrica, evitar los ruidos producidos por cualquier clase de defectos en sus sistemas de alimentación y distribución, sea cual fuere el voltaje. Las disposiciones de los artículos 105 y 106 comenzarán a regir a partir del 1° de septiembre de 1937. CAPITULO XV Sanciones.
