Solicitud de copia de historia clínica . El prestador de servicios de salud al que un usuario le solicite copia o información de su historia clínica, deberá entregarla en un término máximo de cinco (5) días calendario. La misma podrá ser remitida por medios electrónicos si así lo autoriza el usuario, caso en el cual el envío será gratuito.
