LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.3.8.7.4. Revisión y seguimiento. La UPME, de conformidad con las competencias asignadas en la normatividad vigente, realizará los análisis respectivos en cada Plan de Expansión de Referencia de Generación y Transmisión de energía eléctrica para verificar el cumplimiento de los objetivos del artículo 2.2.3.8.7.3 de la presente Sección, considerando incluso la ocurrencia de fenómenos climáticos extremos (como el Fenómeno de El Niño), e informará al Ministerio de Minas y Energía para que se tomen las medidas correspondientes.
