Decreto 2437 de 1983 · Por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente el Título V de la Ley 9ª de 1979, en cuanto a Producción, Procesamiento, Transporte y Comercialización de la Leche

Solicitud. Para el trámite de la licencia sanitaria de transporte a que se refiere el presente Decreto, el interesado deberá presentar ante la División de Saneamiento Ambiental del Servicio Seccional de Salud respectivo, solicitud indicando: Tipo de leche que transporta. Clase de vehículo: Carrotanque isotérmico o vehículo para transporte de leche, en cualquiera de sus formas o presentaciones. Número de identificación del vehículo, marca y modelo.

Parágrafo

Cuando se trate de tanques isotérmicos, que puedan transportarse en cualquier clase de vehículo, la solicitud deberá indicar: capacidad, número de compartimentos, marca, color y número de identificación del mismo.
