En adelante las conferencias telefónicas de prensa se cobrarán a mitad de tarifa en el tiempo comprendido de las once a las doce y de las diez y siete a las diez y ocho. Queda en estos términos reformado el artículo 3° del Decreto número 923 de 1926, "por el cual se reglamenta el servicio telefónico nacional."
