Art. 7° Los jóvenes que pretendan recibir la enseñanza profesional deberán tener conocimientos elementales de aritmética, gramática castellana i jeografía, comprobados con las certificaciones de examen en las escuelas primarias costeadas por la Nacion , o con un examen que se liará sobre estas materias por tres profesores de la Escuela.
