Artículo veintitrés. En los casos del aparte ll) del artículo 5°, y de los artículos 14 y 22 de este Decreto, el Registrador dictará una resolución motivada, que notificará conforme a las reglas generales y que será apelable ante el Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
