Art. 34 Las obligaciones contraídas antes de que se estableciera en el país el curso forzoso, que no hayan sido aún cubiertas, lo mismo que las adquiridas en las regiones de la República en donde ha imperado de hecho el curso de monedas metálicas ó que deban tener su cumplimiento allí, y que tampoco hayan sido aún cubiertas, serán exigibles en las especies en que se contrajeron ó en su equivalente en papel-moneda.
