º . De las Obligaciones Contingentes . En los términos del

Parágrafo

del artículo primero de la Ley 448 de 1998, son obligaciones contingentes aquellas en virtud de las cuales alguna de las entidades señaladas en el artículo 8º del presente decreto estipula contractualmente a favor de su contratista, el pago de una suma de dinero, determinada o determinable a partir de factores identificados, por la ocurrencia de un hecho futuro e incierto.
