Del producto de la enajenación. De conformidad con el inciso segundo del artículo segundo de la Ley 785 de 2002, los dineros producto de las enajenaciones ingresarán a una subcuenta especial del Fondo para la Rehabilitación, Inversión Social y la Lucha contra el Crimen Organizado (Frisco). Este dinero, podrá ser invertido en los términos del Decreto 1525 de 2008 y demás disposiciones que lo modifiquen y adicionen. TÍTULO III DE LA VIGENCIA
