Adiciónase la leyenda del artículo 412 del capítulo 33 del Presupuesto de gastos vigente, en el sentido de declarar que la participación que por ella se manda pagar a los Departamentos y Municipios en el producto del impuesto sobre la renta, corresponderá a los años de 1928 y 1929.
