Los jefes de departamento, profesores, instructores y consejeros de los INEM e ITA que a la fecha de expedición del presente Decreto, venían recibiendo la prima académica de que trata el artículo 10 del Decreto-ley 308 de 1983, continuarán percibiéndola en cuantía de quinientos pesos ($500) moneda corriente, mensuales.
